What You'll Need
Completed FTWA Registration Form — Online or Physical
2 Passport Photographs
Valid ID — NIN, Voter's Card, School ID, or Driver's License
Payment of Registration + Annual Dues to FTWA Account
1 FTWA Member or Community Leader as guarantor (Referee)
Step by Step
Fill the Form
Pick up / fill the FTWA form online or at the State Secretariat.
Submit Documents
Submit required documents plus payment teller.
Verification
Verification by the State Coordinator within 7 days.
ID Issuance
Issuance of FTWA ID Card and Welcome Pack.
Induction
Induction into FTWA WhatsApp Group & Zonal Chapter.
Expectations
Uphold Peace, Integrity, and Respect in all FTWA activities.
Zero tolerance for fraud, abuse, violence, or discrimination.
Pay dues on or before 31st January each year (₦12,000).
Attend at least 2 FTWA meetings/trainings per year.
Promote FTWA and PMP values in schools and communities.
