Executive Summary
Across Nigeria’s South-South & South-East region, a significant number of children and young adults from low-income and underserved communities remain excluded from quality education due to inadequate school infrastructure, poor access to learning resources, financial hardship, and limited pathways to higher education.
This proposal seeks funding support of Nine Hundred Million United States Dollars (USD 900,000,000) to implement two interconnected education development programmes targeted at underserved beneficiaries across the region — combining infrastructure expansion with global academic sponsorship to address immediate access constraints while building long-term human capital capacity.
